The Redskins lost for the fifth time in six games Sunday, unable to keep up with one of the NFL’s lowliest teams. Ryan Fitzpatrick ran for a touchdown and threw for another, leading the Cincinnati Bengals to a 20-13 victory that ended Washington’s week of grousing.
